Salted Dark Chocolate Fudge (Recipe to Follow)
It’s good. So good. So very Good.

And it’s easy to make. So easy. So very Easy.


  • 540 grams dark chocolate (the darker the better)
  • 390 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 heaped tablespoon salt flakes


  • Place butter and condensed milk into large pan on hob
  • Turn hob on low and stir contents until butter is melted
  • Once butter is melted, put chocolate into pan, stir
  • Once chocolate is melted, pour into tin covered with plastic wrap
  • Refrigerate for ten minutes
  • Remove from fridge, sprinkl salt flakes over the top
  • Return to fridge and leave there for two hours (or overnight, depending on your schedule)
  • Remove from fridge, cut into pieces
  • Devour at your leisure
