No, these aren’t really Gary Ray’s Biscuits & Gravy – they are mine.
This is a recipe that Cathy has made for me more than a few times – and I’m sharing it here for your drinking pleasures.
This is my first attempt at making a stew out of my favourite read meat: Kangaroo. It’s noms and I’m sure the ingredient that made it sing – other than ‘roo, of course – is the lemon myrtle.
This nommish looking dessert is a self-saucing chocolate pudding.
